“Nice atmosphere, great room. WIFI was weird. If you were not a choice reward member you had to watch a sponsor video. Kept logging us out. Went to front desk and she was not very helpful. Told me to read how to fix it in the room. Be better and give your customers wifi! Make it simple!!”

I proprietari si sono dimostrati professionali e disponibili alle nostre esigenze . ( Si trova a circa venti minuti dalle caverns ) La colazione nel caffè bar convenzionato è ottima.( e' uno dei migliori di Carlsbad) Consigliato! ”

“The afternoon receptionist was awesome. Everything was good for the check in. But the morning receptionist was not, it seemed that she did not like her job, she greeted us like if she was making us a favor. She needs to have a better attitude. (It was the girl with the huge ass lashes. )”

“I liked it was close to the area we needed. Went to The Brewing Company to eat. AmaZING food and great entertainment. The room itself, was not a queen bed, but a full size bed. The room was very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. They do have a continental breakfast, they also make a nice breakfast burrito. Thank you.”
